The sole reason for information collection (if any) is to ensure a smooth order and delivery process. Name and contact details are stored for internal record keeping solely for sharing promotional information and provide better service to the customers. Customers may choose to unsubscribe from receiving promotional information at any point of time.

We do NOT store any confidential or financial information. We do NOT share our data with any third party. Mend reserves the right to alter the privacy policy.

2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the website, or any transactions conducted through the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

3. Shipping Policy

Once you place an order, your favourite pair of Mend will be delivered within 3 - 9 working days depending on the location.

While we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we will contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to deliver your order.

Please Note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to deliver your order in good time or else will be notified.
