Exchanges

Our shoemakers and designers invest a great deal of love and care in crafting every pair.

Please note that Mend uses premium quality raw materials which mold and take the shape of your foot when worn. In case they feel slightly snug, they will open up and take the shape of your foot.

If for some reason, you are unsure of the size and you’d like to exchange them, follow these simple steps for style or size exchange or to avail a store credit.

STEP 1- NOTIFY US
Let us know the size / style of your choice on connect@studiomend.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.

STEP 2 - SHIP THE PRODUCTS
Courier the package in original box packaging to - Ground Floor, 204, Sector 3A, Rachna Vaishali, Ghaziabad- 201010. Ph No- +91-9891408118 . The cost and logistics for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.

STEP 3 – a) EXCHANGE SIZE
Once we receive your pair in the original box packaging and invoice, we will ship your exchanged size once we receive your pair. Please mention your required size on the invoice.
- Please make sure to share accurate sizes for your exchange. Your order can only be exchanged once.
OR
b) EXCHANGE STYLE
- We will ship your exchanged size once we receive your pair in the original box packaging and invoice.
- Please choose a style of the same or higher value than your previous order on the invoice.
- Allow us 3 working days to ship the exchanged style once we receive your order at our workshop.
You can exchange the style only once. No exchange in style or size will be entertained for the second time. 
    OR
    c) STORE CREDIT
    In case you feel we’ve missed a spot, you can avail a store credit valid for 3 months. The steps are as follows-
    - Write to us and we will email a voucher with the amount and code which you can share with our team on connect@studiomend.com when you wish to replace your order. No size or style exchange will be entertained on store credits.
    - The cost and logistics for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.

       

      As a company policy, we do not provide refunds/cancellations on products sold. We are happy to exchange the size in sale items , however style cannot be changed.
