1. How are Mend products made?
The idea behind Mend is to create comfortable, functional and cruelty free footwear. Each piece is handcrafted and largely inspired by the finer things in life from nature, art, culture, history, architecture, and our personal travels. With every collection, we wholeheartedly embrace the artisanal skills of the finest craftspeople behind the make of our products.
2. What primary raw materials are used by Mend?
Our core design language encapsulates the many textures and colours our diverse heritage has to offer. Our raw material is handpicked from across clusters in India. We work with exclusively vegan materials, handwoven textiles combined with hand done techniques - bamboo, jute, cane, mashru, hand-made cotton tassels and thread embroidery, to name a few.
Additionally, we pride ourselves on imbibing the values of conscious living through our creations. Thus, we do not use any kind of animal-based products in our entire making process and we strive to continue to do the same.

We follow international and standard EUR and US sizes. We have put together a size guide for your convenience. Have a look!

We do not entertain refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you wish, you can avail a store credit valid for 3 months.

The cost and logistics for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
